Infrared Excitation Inks
At present, there are two kinds of infrared excitation inks, infrared red and infrared green, and there are some infrared excitation inks of different colors, such as red, green, blue, purple, etc. Infrared excitation ink is an anti-counterfeiting ink developed by adding infrared light-emitting materials to corresponding linking materials through a special process. It is colorless in appearance and emits visible light after being excited by 980nm infrared light.
The key component of infrared excitation ink is infrared laser light-emitting powder, which emits red, green or blue visible light after being excited by infrared light (940~1060nm). Can produce silk screen printing, offset printing, gravure printing, letterpress printing, UV flexo printing anti-counterfeiting ink. It can also be used for injection molding, extrusion molding, etc. Can be suitable for any printing method, such as offset printing, UV offset printing, letterpress printing, UV flexo, silk screen printing, UV silk screen printing, pad printing, gravure printing, spray printing, stamp ink.
When used for offset printing: generally do not need to add additives, if it is too thick, offset ink varnish can be added, to improve the drying speed, o can be added. 5% ~ 1% of red drying oil and white drying oil. When used for silk screen printing, solvents such as 719 fast drying, 783 slow drying and 800 extra slow drying can be used according to the drying requirements. Solvents such as butyl ester, ethyl ester and isopropanol can be used for gravure printing. It is best to use a new ink roller when printing. If you use an old ink roller and printing plate, please clean the ink roller and printing plate thoroughly, because a very small amount of colored ink will affect the invisible effect of the ink.
