Is UV ink really environmentally friendly?
Some of the UV inks can meet the requirements of environmental protection, but most of the low-end and cheap ones cannot meet the requirements.
First of all, there is no uv ink that is 100% harmless, and there are more or less chemical components.
Secondly, the harm of uv ink is mainly manifested in two aspects:
The corrosiveness of the ink: some people have sensitive skin, and after contact with uv ink, there will be rashes and allergies, which need to be cleaned and rubbed with ointment;
The smell of ink is pungent: Some people, especially those with rhinitis and sensitive respiratory tract, are easily irritated and cannot stand the smell. Finally, under normal circumstances, when the uv ink is on the surface of the printed pattern for 8-12 hours, the smell is basically evaporated.
Protective measures during the operation of the uv printer:
1.The indoor ventilation is smooth;
2. The uv printer operating room can be isolated separately;
3. If there is no separate isolation condition, you can choose a matching 3M type mask.
