Classification of blankets:
1. Full air cushion blanket

2. Air cushion blanket

3. Three-in-one blanket
The laminating layer is integrally formed, which can be the strongest in India; the middle air cushion layer, which is different from the general blanket laminating layer by layer, is prone to air bubbles and the product is easy to lose thickness due to printing pressure; there is no need to increase the frequency of replacing the backing paper. The bottom is waterproof and solvent-resistant, and will not be uneven due to water absorption and cause uneven pressure. The blanket surface is specially treated with charcoal, which is resistant to large and small plates, and will never produce paper marks due to long printing volume.
4. General air cushion blanket
It is most suitable for printing on non-coated paper and cardboard. The surface grinding particle size is 6u～8u, which is most suitable for local paper printing with poor papermaking.
5. Traditional blanket
Economical and practical blanket for commercial printing. The surface has good petroleum resistance, so even if it is cleaned with general gasoline and other solvents for a long time, it is not easy to cause the phenomenon of glaze burnishing and sticky rubber cloth.
6. UV special blanket
Anti-UV resin component is added to the rubber cloth mixture, which can resist UV ultraviolet rays, and the rubber is not easy to powder. Fast recovery, no paper cut marks due to printing of large and small plates.
7. Partially polished blanket
Special laminating layer, used for local cutting purposes. At the junction of the cutting layer and the non-cutting layer, the hardness is resistant to cutting, the carrying capacity is uniform, and the glazing effect is improved. After cutting, tear off the edges without burrs, and glaze smoothly.
8. Metal printing 2PSC blanket
A blanket specially developed for two-piece metal printing. Using pre-coated self-adhesive glue. The gum is uniform and without bubbles. Make the printing pressure more even.
9. Friction resistant blanket
The surface rubber mixture contains high-hardness carbon molecules, which greatly improves the friction resistance. Suitable for printed materials with concave and convex surfaces. The rubber surface is not easy to wear, which prolongs the use time.
10. Special blanket for paper cups
No bottom canvas layer, moderate softness and hardness, make ink transfer more complete. When laminating double-sided tape, (even with cheap double-sided tape) the adhesion is greatly improved, and it will not slip off, which can save expensive double-sided tape.
12. UV self-adhesive blanket
Next, the glue has the best viscosity to prevent damage to the tear angle. The rubber surface contains UV-resistant resin, which can extend the life when used for UV printing.
