November summary meeting
On December 3rd, Print Area held a monthly working meeting in November, once again summarizing and solving some problems in November, insisting on improving better services for our printing factory customers.
The morning is the summary of the Ministry of Foreign Trade, mainly from the performance analysis and the plan for December. Everyone put forward their own ideas and made full preparations for the sprint to December.
In the afternoon, it was mainly some summaries from the purchasing department, the laboratory, the warehouse department, and the design department. Through communication, everyone put forward their own opinions and requirements to promote the progress of each other's work.
In general, the monthly summary meeting is very important. It not only allows us to analyze and summarize the previous work, improve future work efficiency, but also make our future work more planned.
